You know, the first time I listened to it, I looked at the youtube comments underneath and everyone was like 'BEST SONG EVER' and I was like 'Meh'. Then it grew on me and I love it and I keep singing it everywhere. Do you whisper your metal growls too?!

_{Yeah, it grew on me as well. Kittie's just one of those bands that will always hold a special place for me, because when I was the angsty/quiet/teased "gothic" thirteen year old, Kittie, JOJ and a slew of goth rock bands were all I listened to. xP Although, I have to say that "Charlotte" and "Brackish" are my favorites from Kittie.

LOL, I do that too! I want so badly to sing around 2:22 in the song, but I can't growl, so I whisper it.

Oh, I've been meaning to ask you this... have you ever listened to a band called Switchblade Symphony?}

Amen, they'd be like what Evanescence was to me when I was 13

I LOVE BRACKISH. Charlotte for me was another one like Mouthful of Poison, it did grow on me though. I liked the lyrics to all the songs really since they had so much raw hate.

I haven't, not really, they any good? I think I heard one song once cause I remember the name.

_{Eh, Evanescence is okay. (Goodness! There's a difference between us! ) It might be heresy for me to say that Amy Lee's voice gets on my nerves after a while. I don't like Nightwish either. I'm more of a Within Temptation person.

They were one of my favorite bands for quite a while... they fit in the goth rock/darkwave spectrum. Their music is darker and not necessarily as upbeat as other bands. I acquired a taste for them, but the few people I've suggested them to don't like them at all. You either love them or hate them, kind of like the situation with The Bell Jar.
