Also thought you'd like to hear an embarrassing story from me... I was at an Italian restaurant for my friend's 19th last night. We'd received our main courses fairly quickly and there was barely anyone in the restaurant. It was confusing to us why it was taking more than half an hour for any waiters to come and take our orders for dessert. My friends, being the shy type, hesitated before calling anyone. I, being the wise-ass that I am, decided it would be funny to loud-stage-whisper ''MAYBE WE SHOULD LEAVE WITHOUT PAYING''. Needless to say both waiters looked at me and my friends all hissed 'THEY HEARD YOU THEY HEARD YOU''. Yeah thanks guys it worked though! Someone came and took our orders pronto. Now you know what to do to get quick service, kids.
